Branch Advecs estate agency asked us for making them a new agency automation system. The hard part: It needs to be composed from CRM, Mobile App and Site for pre-sales, which must work connected and perfctly. So, we did it well.

Control of agents and collaboration

We've made ability for cross-sales and customer sharing between agents, that significantly increased in-agency P2P sales rate. We've implemented search and comparison of objects. This reduced the search time. Besides, we've fixed all the loopholes which allowed agents to cheat and steal clients from colleagues.

The site must convert visitors into customers. To make this happen, several mechanisms was introduced. They lead visitors to the form of sending contacts via different prepositions.
